We currently offer shipping services all across Pakistan. Whether you are in a major city or a remote area, we strive to bring our products to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Charges

• Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee is applied based on the weight and destination of the order.

• Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on specific promotions or orders above a certain value (e.g., Orders above PKR 5,000).

• Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you make a payment.

3. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• In case of a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or weather conditions.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on our courier partner's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Shopping Zone is responsible for ensuring your product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package, please:

• Take a photo/video while unboxing.
